Russell Hartill is a graduate of California State University, Fullerton, with a degree in History and an emphasis in oral history and the history of the western American mining frontier. He is a member of Phi Alpha Theta, the National History Honor Society. During his undergraduate years he spent one year studying geophysical engineering at the Colorado School of Mines and a year in recreation and park administration at California State University, Sacramento. Mr. Hartill served a mission to Chile for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Russ has worked as an IRS auditor, IRS audit manager, IRS problems resolution manager, IRS taxpayer services manager, and IRS District Speakers Panelist for the Internal Revenue Service's Laguna Niguel District. Russell D. Hartill received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Idaho College of Law. He subsequently was hired by the University as a budget analysis and later a information systems policy analyst. In 2000, he obtained his Utah State Bar license. He opened his own law office in April, 2003. Russ Hartill is an accomplished author and publisher. |
